Membership Policies & Information
- By joining our club, you agree that the cost of your selected wines will be automatically charged to your nominated credit card.
- Wine selections made during sign-up may vary in vintage between deliveries. Your shipment will always include the current vintage available at the time of each mail-out.
- You may update your wine selection up to two weeks prior to the processing date. After this period, your order will be automatically processed with free delivery.
- Please note that we do not offer the option to skip shipments. If you are unable to receive your next delivery, you may cancel your membership by submitting a request via email or through the Contact Us page on our website.
- Membership cancellation within the first year will incur a $50 fee to cover administrative and shipping costs.
- Deliveries are made via Australia Post's Wine Delivery service, which requires a signature upon receipt unless otherwise requested. If no one is available to sign, a card will be left with instructions for collection. We recommend providing a business address if you are not typically at home during the day.
- Your membership is not binding, and you may cancel at any time without incurring a fee beyond the first year commitment. Cancellations must be submitted in writing via email to or through the Contact Us page on our website.
- Wine Club orders cannot be shipped to international addresses. For international shipping inquiries, please contact via email or call +61 (8) 97579600.
- We value your privacy and take the security of your personal information seriously. Your details are used solely for mailing list and order processing purposes and will not be shared with third parties.
