The McHenry Hohnen Wine Club allows you to enjoy our wines regularly. It will enable you to view a behind-the-scenes journey of the McHenry Hohnen wines from the vineyard to the bottle. Becoming a member is free and effortless. Simply choose your favourite wines in multiples of 6, select your preferred delivery frequency, and we’ll take care of the rest. With Australia-wide shipping and the flexibility to cancel anytime, it’s the perfect way to keep your cellar stocked with wines that truly speak of place and provenance.
Frequently Asked Questions
How do I join?
You can join online or at our Cellar Door. To join online, please choose delivery frequency - two or four times a year and nominate any of your wines in multiples of 6 for your standing order. Please note that you will receive your nominated wines during your club's next delivery month.
When will I receive my wines?
If you choose two deliveries per year, you will receive your wine at the beginning of Summer and Winter. If you choose four deliveries per year, you will receive your wine at the beginning of Spring, Summer, Autumn and Winter. We will send you a reminder email 1 month before processing each club order, allowing you time to check your details and change your nominated wines should you require.
Can I have my wines delivered now and can I place additional orders?
Yes. If you require wine before your club's next delivery, you can order and have it delivered immediately. Once you are a member, you will receive a 20% discount on all full-priced purchases from our online wine shop and Cellar Door. Login to your account, and club discounts will automatically apply. Please note that these additional orders are not part of your Wine Club obligations.
How do I login to my account, make changes to my selections and update my details?
To log in to your account, click on login at the top of the McHenry Hohnen Home Page, and enter your username or email and your password. To change your details, select wine club, then the frequency (2 or 4 times per year) you signed up for. You can change your wines, shipping address, credit card details, etc.
How do I update my credit card details?
Log in to your accoun online. Select Hello (top right of website). Select Credit Card (left side of website). Edit your credit card or add a new credit card. Select Submit.
How do I update my wine selection?
Log in to your account online. Select Hello (top right of website). Select Club List (left side of website). Select Edit Club. Make your selections. Select Submit.
How do I update my personal details?
Log in to your accoun online. Select Hello (top right of website).Select Edit Profile (left side of website). Edit your address, phone number and or email address. Select Update information.
How do I change my username and password?
To update your username or password, click the "Forgot your username or password" when logging into your members area. For those who joined at our Cellar Door, your username will be the email address you provided, though your password will need reset to ensure security.
Can I change my order?
Once your order has been processed, we cannot make changes; however, we will provide you with ample notice to prompt you to update your order.
Can I skip a delivery?
Our wine club is designed to deliver a consistent and curated experience throughout the year, and as such, we do not offer the option to skip shipments. If your circumstances change and you are unable to receive a scheduled shipment, you may cancel your membership by submitting a request via email or by completing the form on our Contact Us page.
How do I cancel my membership?
To cancel your membership, please submit your request via email or complete the form on our Contact Us page. While we value the flexibility that defines our club, we kindly ask members to commit to a year-long journey with us to fully experience the benefits and curated shipments. Cancellations within the first year will incur a $50 fee to cover administrative and shipping costs.
